St. Patrick’s Day Fruit Kabobs

I wish I was one of those people who could say they just finished reading another book, a week after starting it. But the truth is if it’s not a recipe, on social media or a news article I’m most likely not reading it [horrible, I know].
But instead of continuously setting myself up for failure by saying I’m going to read more books, and never taking the time to actually finish one. I came up with a plan that will work for me at this point in time, and that is listening to Audiobooks!
Whether it’s on my way to or home from work, while folding laundry or doing the dishes I can listen to a book, multitasking at its finest.
Lately, I have been all about self-improvement books. My current favorites are:

You Are a Badass Every Day by Jen Sincero

Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway by Susan Jeffers

The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck by Mark Manson

The Mind-Gut Connection by Emeran Mayer

Unfu*k Yourself: Get Out of Your Head and Into Your Life by Gary John Bishop
