Camden’s Cooking – Chocolate Cake Roll

As I have mentioned before Camden loves to cook, so we are officially starting Camden’s Cooking as a series. Each month I will be posting a different recipe that Camden has followed or created on her own. We are starting off with a Chocolate Cake Roll, that would be perfect to make on a snowy day and enjoy with a cup of hot chocolate.

We decided on this Hot Chocolate Cake Roll for January since Camden received a Jelly Roll Pan as a gift a couple years ago and has been wanting to try it out, and Hot Chocolate and January just fit together. Overall this cake was pretty easy to make and everyone enjoyed it (besides me, being Gluten Free has me missing out on all the good stuff… but I did taste the frosting and that was very delicious).
