I tend to go all out with decorations, and fully embrace each season or holiday. Like I mentioned in my previous post, decorating for fall is my second favorite season of decorations, right now my house is filled with everything pumpkins. I wanted to share how I upcycled a few items from the dollar store to match my current decorations a little better. Each craft took under 10 minutes and besides the items from the dollar store, I had everything else I needed.
Hey Pumpkin Sign: I made the back of the sign the front, painted it black and added sticker letters that I had leftover from our wedding.
White Pumpkin Sign: I took off the string handle, and switched the sign so the back became the front. Painted it white, bent the attached metal leaf to go on the new “front” side and added twine.
Ceramic Pumpkins: I painted the gold stems to be grey, to match the grey pumpkins I already had.
