Father’s Day 2018
July 9, 2018Wedding Day- Pictures
August 2, 2018Next up in the Wedding Day series of blog posts, is the church. We decided that getting married at a church in Downtown Detroit was the logical choice. Asking our guests to drive a half hour from the church to the reception didn’t seem like the cool thing to do. So after a long and hard search, actually one of the more stressful things we did for the wedding, we found the church! I loved the history of the church we picked, the priest who performed our ceremony and the location was great! I kept it together all morning until we arrived at the church and someone mentioned the word “crying” it was then and there I started to cry like instantly. Luckily I was able to quickly get it back together and not mess up my makeup. Once I was hidden away in the bridal room, my dad came in to see me for the first time and our photographer captured the moment, so I was very happy about that. Next up was my big walk down the aisle, I know people always say the best part is when your future husband sees you for the first time… but it really is! Seeing the emotion on his face will be something I never forget. Once the ceremony started and I looked out to see Camden crying, it was over for me and the ugly cry started. And just like that, we were HUSBAND and WIFE!!!
